I've been away for a while now and it's mainly because I was on a voyage. No, not a self-discovery voyage and not a voyage through the entire world, just around the Mediterranean. People laugh when I say "just the Mediterranean" as if it wasn't a big deal lol but Nevertheless It was certainly on a voyage of many kinds on a ship called the MV Explorer which I called home for 2.5 months.
I am back and life has smacked me in the face. I began school and I'm taking 18 credits. I'm going to start working at YMCA International as an Intern, which I'm excited about because I've been applying to YMCA for the past 4 years lol so I'll be very busy this semester. I'm now stuck in a situation that I NEVER thought I would be in and it involves a lot of thinking logically and emotionally to come to a final decision, it's hard. But I'll (We'll) be good because I have love in my life. I have a caring family, astounding friends, an amazing boyfriend and love in my heart. I don’t need much more right now. I’m good.
Found a new apartment so I'll be moving in about a week and a half. I really like it. It's really big and in a perfect area.
Last saturday I went to ROCK THE BELLS and it was dope. Hot ass day but it was dope nonetheless. I saw Lauryn HIll Perform, yes I did. She still got it, she messed up a few times but she still got it. She still has the spirit to sing.
