I'm in my last fall semester of college. I honestly don't believe it. Just the other day I was being reckless on the 13th floor of Maria's Tower with the girls and now I'm looking at Grad Schools and Teaching Jobs for when I graduate. Life is getting realer and realer and I aint' score though. I'm boosted. I'm OD proud of myself. I'm looking at Grad schools all over the place but mainly in NYC and Miami. I was looking at Miami apartments and they are sooo cheap. Apartments on the beach are cheaper than my apartment in the heights. I mean I love my apartment, but deadass though I got a view of crusty ass bridge and mad loud dominicans everywhere lol I fucks with it though, ain't no place like home like my beautiful Washington Heights. So I've been surviving, broke as hell but happy as hell so who cares. Loving, living, breathing, and striving. This one teachers is treating us like we Grad students, she's kinda going in for no reason lol but It's cool, I take it like a preparation for Grad school. I wish some of my teachers senior year of high school would have done that, maybe that would have made me better prepared for college. But regardless all is good on this side of the hood. I got my home, I got my love, and I got my education. I'm working at it. I need a concert in my life though. and I wanna see FELA! and I wanna see In the Heights again lol Lin-Manuel Miranda is seriously the man. I wanna meet that dude.
p.s. guess why I'm mad hyped though?????? CAUSE MY BABY IS COMING FOR THE WEEKEND! HOLIZZLE!!!!!!!!!
