It's a new year!!!! =)
I have to really be honest and say that 2008 was the worst year of my life, i got kicked out of school, i got my heart broken twice, i went through mad shit, a lot of tears came around in 2008. But throughout it all there were good things, i got my own first crib, I got my tattoo, I went to some amazing concerts and I made new great friends as well as losing some. Reconnected with old friends as well, but towards the end of the year I got accepted to CUNY City College and I'm very excited about that.
Life throws mad shit at you, you just gotta make sure you catch on things right. I believe that 2009 is gonna be amazing, ima do really good in school, ima start to write my book(which I already wrote the first paragraph, inspired by a close fatty friend), ima go somewhere exciting in the summer hopefully, Ima be an auntie for the first time, and i'm moving again. Hopefully things will work out to great things. I really do have faith that witht the guidance of God and the help of hip hop I'll get through it all and it'll turn out to be a great year for everybody, especially for this country. We got a new president so hopefully.
Overall December was a pretty great month, I went to 3 concerts, it was my day, christmas, got together with friends, went to a dope ass poetry show, and reconnected with a really good friend.
2009 is going to be good for everyone i know it.

-That scene is from eternal sunshine of the spotless mind and it says it all in the simplest words, enjoy it! enjoy the moment because it can be gone in a flash. Enjoy everything. Like it's said 'dont regret something that once made you smile'. I'm not going to regret anythhing that hapened this year, even the worst of things because they happened for a reason and i'm stil here smiling with faith and optimism on my side and in my heart always.

It's all going down in 2009 and for the rest of my life.
